CFTW (Communications For The World) has an unlimited bandwidth account with a Web hosting company, and depending on requirements, may be able to provide you with free hosting and setup with an open source content management system such as Drupal or Wikimedia (ex: wikipedia.org is on Wikimedia).
Note: While the computer bandwidth is unlimited, human bandwidth is not, and CFTW can't guarantee ongoing technical support, but the idea is to find some pilot projects, and to direct questions to the CMS EDU faq forum, where the answers can benefit CMS users. CMS EDU will also provide an opportunity for CMS developers to answer questions and either volunteer or offer services to help people with their customized requirements, and links to training material for people who would like to build their skills in this area.
We have a particular interest in finding some pilots that would like to experiment with developing Web sites in different languages; ideally the organization would have bilingual staff, but this is not strictly necessary.
