The Center for Scholastic Journalism is looking for volunteers to speak at school journalism workshops, judge contests and critique student work. The national center, based at Kent State University in Ohio, facilitates partnerships with state organizations.

The center is a national clearinghouse with information for and about student journalists and their advisors, a research center on issues affecting student media and an advocate for student press freedom and the First Amendment.
